Go-Jek uses
Google Workspace (formally G Suite) Enterprise for Enhanced Security and DLP

Go-Jek, a prominent Indonesian company that evolved from a modest call center for goods dispatch into a multifaceted provider of transport, logistics, and payment app services, significantly enhanced its operational efficiency and data security by partnering with PointStar to implement Google Workspace (formally G Suite) Enterprise.
Facing the need to adapt to rapidly changing market trends and cater to a growing workforce, Go-Jek upgraded its 6,500 employees to Google Workspace Enterprise. This strategic move unlocked several key benefits, including unlimited cloud storage and the robust security features of Google Vault, which facilitates archiving and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
The implementation of Google Workspace enabled Go-Jek to restructure its organizational policies based on specific job roles. A critical advantage was the deployment of DLP, which systematically scanned documents and files to prevent the accidental sharing of sensitive information with external parties. Furthermore, the adoption of Google Workspace fostered a more collaborative and efficient work environment by providing all team members with seamless access to shared data and documents. The automation of module and feature updates within Google Workspace also contributed to increased practicality and productivity across the organization.
This collaboration with PointStar and the adoption of Google Workspace Enterprise empowered Go-Jek to scale its operations effectively while ensuring data security and fostering a more productive and streamlined workflow for its large workforce.
Things I have benefited from Google Workspaxe (formally G Suite) is the automation of the module and features updates. It’s efficient and practicality.
