Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation or withdrawal from this program is not allowed. It is subject to a cancellation fee of RM 2,500 for every unique company.
2. In exceptional cases, such as documented medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, PointStar may consider allowing confirmed seats to be transferable, canceled, or withdrawn. Supporting documentation would be required.
3. Force majeure events, beyond our control, that result in program cancellation or rescheduling will be addressed separately in accordance with our force majeure policy.
4. To cancel your enrollment in the program, please submit a written cancellation request to go-digital@point-star.com. The request should include your full name, company name, and the reason for cancellation. Please note that verbal or non-written cancellations will not be accepted.
5. PointStar reserves the right to make changes to the program schedule, content, or delivery format. In the event of program cancellation by us, participants will be notified promptly.
Transfer of Enrollment Policy
1. Seats are non-transferable. It is subject to a cancellation fee of RM 2,500 for every unique company.
2. In exceptional cases, such as documented medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, PointStar may consider allowing confirmed seats to be transferable to a future program session, subject to availability and any applicable transfer fees. Supporting documentation are required.
3. To transfer your seats in the program, please submit a written transfer request to go-digital@point-star.com. The request should include your full name, company name, and the reason for the transfer. Please note that verbal or non-written cancellations will not be accepted..
4. PointStar reserves the right to make changes to the program schedule, content, or delivery format. In the event of program cancellation by us, participants will be notified promptly.

2. I hereby confirm that the information provided above is correct and accurate and therefore authorize PointStar to process my application for participating in Business Go-Digital Workshop. I understand that approval, deferment, or rejection of this application is subject to PointStar’s discretion.
3. I agree to disclose information related to my participation of this program to PointStar and Malaysia Productivity Centre (MPC), for the purpose of collaborative partnerships and third-party references.
