Job Description
- Manage a team to ensure accounts are successful with PointStar’s products and services
- Generate and manage new sales pipeline among current client accounts, including up-selling and cross-selling PointStar’s various products
- Forecasts and tracks client account metrics to ensure customer satisfaction
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned accounts, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with accounts
- Coordinate with team members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
- Collaborates with sales and marketing teams for campaigns for current accounts
