A Strategic Partnership for Digital Acceleration in Malaysia
A strategic partnership was formed between PointStar and Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC), together with Google Cloud in launching DALIA: Business Go-Digital Porgram earlier last year of 2023. This collaborative effort aimed to empower businesses in Malaysia to embrace digitalization and improve their productivity within their organizations.
PointStar was appointed as the technology consultant for this Digital Acceleration for Learning and Industry Adoption (DALIA) program, which is part of Productivity Step Up initiative by MPC. They are established under the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI), aiming to drive productivity to the nation.

Google Cloud Day 2023 also marked the launch of the Digital Acceleration for Learning and Industry Adoption (DALIA) program. This groundbreaking initiative is established in collaboration with the Malaysian Productivity Corporation (MPC), a government agency under Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI) with PointStar Malaysia.
This Business Go-Digital program is a four-week program aimed to equip businesses with the skills and knowledge necessary to leverage Google Cloud technology to increase competitiveness and productivity for business growth. Organizations that join this program will be able to build application using Google AppSheet, a no-code / low-code application development platform to automate their business processes.
This strategic partnership between PointStar and the MPC signifies a commitment to empowering Malaysian businesses to thrive in the digital age.
